FSSAI State License Registration for Restaurants: An operator with annual revenue of more than Rs 12 lakhs but less than Rs 20 crore is required to register for an FSSAI State License. FSSAI Central License Registration for Restaurants: Food industry owners with yearly revenue of more than Rs 20 crore must apply for a Central FSSAI License. This registration is usually reserved for major food firms, such as food processors, distributors, and so on.
