Whether it’s an antique glass sculpture or a beautiful table vase, glass artwork can spruce up your interiors, second to none.

Here are 5 ways to manage your precious glass artworks at home:

1. Put it in a secure place

It is common sense but there are people who just place their precious glass artworks at any random location such as in a kid’s room or near the stairs.

Avoid putting them out of the reach of your kids and pets. A smallest mistake can damage your favorite art piece and can also injure the little ones.

2. Avoid sun exposure

Whether expensive or not, to protect your glass art by keeping it far away from the direct sunlight and apply fusible glass paints.

Continuous exposure to harmful UV rays can

  • damage artwork
  • fade glass paints
  • result in pigment losing their hue
  • make the art piece brittle and eventually, it can break into pieces

Keep your glass artworks next to a window instead of directly in front.

3. Regular Cleaning
